The
ARF member of General body of Armenia Spartak Seiranian opposes to the ULP leader
Gourgen Arsenian.Gourgen Arsenian declared the ARF as an ideological opponent,
the RPA as the administrative opponent and the OE partly in the last session of
the ULP city soviet. "If you declare any organization as your ideological
opponent you must yourself be ideological in any issue,"- the ARF General
Body member Spartak Seyranian said. – Frankly speaking Gourgen Arsenian himself
and his rather succeeded "business-project" ULP haven’t had any ideological
specificity to consider any party including the ARF the ideological opponent of
that party. Gourgen Arsenian could consider any organization of Armenia, which
has its ideology as an opponent. Arsenian confuses business with policy and consider
the ULP which is the result of successful business-project as an ideological alternative".
Spartak Seyranian also said: "I understand the logic of speaking in such
way about the ARF. He is engaged in business and understands very well that we
don’t have levers to send taxation, re-examining bodies to him. And he won’t have
any problem from us in his business sphere. And there will be such problems if
he didn’t declare the RPA and OE as administrative opponent". Gourgen Arsenian
has promised to publish facts about abuses. The ULP leader has found out that
they now collect facts about abuses of a credit project on the health sphere.
And the Minister of Health is Dashnaktsakan. Speaking on this Spartak Seyranian
said: "Gurgen Arsenian perhaps hasn’t managed to find out his possibilities
as the NA deputy. If he knows about any omissions or mistakes of any department
as the NA deputy he must speak about it. Perhaps he doesn’t imagine his role as
the NA deputy and the leader of political party."Gourgen Arsenian has
also promised that the ULP will fight against Dashnaktsutiun if the ARF has its
candidate I any community or declares about voting for somebody the ULP will also
offer his candidate. "I don’t see here any war logic, – Mr. Seyranian said.
– We’ll have our candidates in the elections of Local Self-Governing. It is the
personal problem of the ULP to have its own candidates for the same places. It
is simply interesting Gourgen Arsenian thinks that if he will be able financially
to rig the results of the elections?" Spartak Seyranian also interpreted
Arsenian’s following declaration. "Nobody must influence on the results of
the elections. What exists in the ballot boxes must be declared. The results mustn’t
be rigged". Answering to this Spartak Seyranian said: "That means that
he wants to buy by money but if the contents of the ballot boxes isn’t the result
of dispensing money among people."Gourgen Arsenian accused the coalition
in one of his interviews; "You refused our offer partnership in favor peace".
