who are the members of the RA regional and divisional election committees and
what posts do they fill? By his observation there are a lot of people who besides
being included in the regional election committees also fill responsible posts
in local communities and other state departments at the same time. "If they
don’t rig the elections why do they interested in including their officials in
the staff of those committes in the post of the chairman, deputy chairman or secretary?"-
our reader asks. There is no limitation by "Electoral Code" for the
officials to be included in the election committies with the exception of the
NA deputies, CC members, Ministers and their deputies, other officials as well
as observers, candidates and those who have convictions by separate articles of
the RA criminal code.The number of regional commissions in the Republic of
Armenia is about 2000, it is impossible to speak of each of them. But let’s try

Grigorian from Orinats Erkir Party is the chief of the NA section of science and
education. The chairman of 21 REC of Armavir Gayane Sukiasian appointed by the
RPA is an official in marzpetaran by contract.The chairman of 30 REC of Vanadzor
in Lori region Minas Sayadian is also an official of marzpetaran and is appointed
by the RPA..The chairman N32 Rec in Tashir who is the "PD" representative
