The target of murder is the NA deputy Sasun Mikaelian.According
to our sources close to the RA Prosecutor a case of preparation of murderous assault
against one of the NA deputies has been detected 10 days before. A citizen of
Hrazdan Manvel Patvakani Baghdasarian "Koche" by nickname had ordered
one of the citizens to kill the NA deputy Sasun Mikaelian. "Koche" had
promised the killer to pay 6500$ for S. Mikaelian’s murder giving him a "Makarov"
gun. The killer whose name we don’t want to publish yet hadn’t got the promised
money during the murder assault preparation. Perhaps understanding that "Koche"
intends to cheat him he raised the price for his service and the parties didn’t
come to agreement. Whether the main reason was that or the circumstance of recognizing
S. Mikaelian but the killer came to the NA deputy and told all about his murder
preparations. The preparation of murder assault has been detected in this way
irrespective of the will of the national police, national security service and
prosecutory.The deputy himself had turned to the police. But the point is
that that RA NSS which has interrogated Manvel Baghdasarian for two times, set
him free both two times. There isn’t any criminal case, there aren’t any arrested
persons. Let’s agree that it is a strange and extraordinary case when there are
records of killer’s story, the NA deputy’s testimonies, weapon for murder. There
are certain facts of accusing "Koche" of a serious crime. But why is
the organizer of the crime still at large? There are different versions here which
our sources irrespective of each other produce.Some people say that "Koche"
is an authority and has managed to solve his problems because he has a powerful
assistance. Some people think that M. Baghdasarian isn’t the real customer, the
real customers are more influential people disturbing who is more dangerous. Our
sources which don’t have any idea nut have some doubts about the real customers
think that the NSS set "Koche" free purposely expecting that s. Mikaelian
ore people close to him will try to revenge from solving two problems by it; S.
Mikaelian will be neutralized and the real customer or customers will remain in
shadow.Perhaps it was possible to make suppositions about the possible groups
of customers if the motivation of the murder assault was known. There aren’t obvious
opinions in this. According one of our sources the motivation was the circumstance
of S. Mikaelian’s business. He owns some territories and objects in Hrazdan. There
is another opinion; the murder has political motivation, though nobody can affirm
anything. To our question why the deputy S. Mikaelian don’t insist on arresting
the customer the logical answer was the following; "whom must we affirm?"It
