By 65 “for” votes the drafts about making amendments and supplements in the laws “About Television and Radio” and “NCTR regulation” were refused. There was no quorum. NA chairman Tigran Torosian explained it in this way: “The parliamentarians don\’t want the NA to have an opportunity to appoint its representative in the NCTR”. ULP faction member Grigor Ghonjeyan declared that it was misunderstanding; the parliamentarians hadn\’t been oriented which law was being voted. “Is there anyone who haven\’t been oriented and voted?”- Tigran Torosian was interested.
