The opposition thinks the elections should be canceled.
Nikol Pashinyan\’s two-day sit in by «1+» motto was successful. The Freedom Square was more crowded yesterday than it was on May 13. Not only PPA but OEP and «Heritage» were also taking part in the meeting. The demand of the meeting was the follwoing: the elections are rigged, the elections\’ results should be recognized invalid, and new elections whould be held. This demand was being repeated before and after each speech. N.Pashinyan told that the opposition\’s struggle would be continuous, so only principle persons should struggle against “illegal regime” and protect their rights.

Speaking on the RA Police announcement by which the version օf 400 000 false passports was denied, Nikol Pashinyan assured that just that announcement affirmed the truth of that version.
According to RA Police report, 194.623 passports were printed from 2006 May 10- 2007 May 10, 31.795 of them was given to 0-16 children, 49.717 was given to 16-18 citizens and 113.111 passports were given to the citizens after 18. “When we remove these categories, 113.111 passports remained. Where are the rest of passports?”- N. Pashinyan suspected and added “the rest of passports were given to the falsifiers to provide votes for Serge Sargsyan’s party”.
OEP deputy leader Heghine Bisharyan also made a speech and published the party’s announcement by which “mass irregularities were being strongly condemned… Electoral bribes, circulation of passports, filling ballots, obvious omissions cast doubt the legality of elections”, – is said in OEP announcement.
Leader of “Republic” Party Aram Sargsyan assured in his speech that they had several achievements in comparison with the former meeting. The first achievement is that PPA and OEP has joined the opposition. The next is the public activity and unification round the opposition.
“New Times” Party leader Aram Karapetyan told that the public’s sense of freedom shows that Robert Kocharyan and Serge Sargsyan have already lost. “The victory is near so the public and opposition should join and show the Karabakh clan who is the true man in this country”,- Aram Sargsyan cried.
