In ARF presidential candidate Armen Rustamyan\’s opinion, their friends couldn\’t astonish that ARF will participate in presidential elections with its separate candidate, and it is still in the authority because: «The agreement has been signed by a date; the first important condition was that we will continue defending the candidacy of the president whom we have defended. We have defended Robert Kocharyan\’s candidacy since 98 and we can\’t leave the authority because Robert Kocharyan still holds the post of the president».
