Zhirayr Seifilyan, the coordinator of “Defense of Liberated Territories” public initiative answered in the recurrent whether Levon Ter-Petrosyan will yield Karabagh in case of holding the post of the president. It is noted in the declaration: “I am sure that Levon\’s first action will not be NK conflict settlement after holding the highest post of the president. He comes to restore our state system and constitutional right. I welcome his return but it doesn\’t\’ mean that I am for yielding the liberated territories.”
