– We are not offended. Everybody should know, the journalists and the people that our main struggle, our program, our ideology, our principles are to solve people’s problems, to improve, prosper their life. Everybody should feel that we have formed this party not for our personal interests, we have formed it for people, for the country, we will struggle for our people and country.
– It is known that Gagik Tsarukyan had his own candidate for the post of Prime Minister but today we have another Prime Minister, which is your opinion about Tigran Sargsyan, is he the person you were struggling for during the electoral campaign?
– Dear journalist, that right (PM assignment-M.Y.) has not been Mr. Tsarukyan’s that right belongs to the Republican Party and Gagik Tsarukyan hasn’t had his candidate. RPA should think about it since it has been its selection.
– The incidents on March 1-2 left a serious trace on our society, the situation is very strained now, in your opinion which kind of steps should be taken, which is your opinion as a businessman, lawmaker, who should be responsible for the victims?
– There have been victims from both sides, but the problem should be solved. If people have gone out, it means that they have problems; the problems should be solved by dialogues, negotiations. Which did make people go there? The problem should be solved. The problem will not be solved by changing persons. I realize that people will not gather without any reason, they have problems to work, live, study, treat, that’s why those problems should be solved.
– Is it possible that Ter-Petrosyan and Sargsyan sit side by side and speak? The current facts prove that no party intends to have a dialogue.
– If both of them have no intention what should I do?
– Vahe Hovhannisyan from your party refused of his mandate and declared that he has normal relations with you and will keep, who will come to the parliament according to the proportional list?
– I have very good relations with Vahe; I appreciate him as a person. There are people in our list who want to work in the executive not in the Parliament. Harutyunan Rubik (director of Abovyan medical center-M.Y.) will replace him.
