Yesterday, the court of the first instance of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts released in the courtroom the Armenian National Congress activist, prominent fighter Samson Khachatryan. The court found him guilty “of not obeying the lawful demands of the government representative and of committing an act of violence towards him”; however, it put him on probation defining one-year probation period. The fighter intends to appeal the court’s decision.
