Yesterday the vicinity of the government building was controlled by lots of police officers. A meeting was taking place inside the government building. The protestors and even passersby were forbidden to approach. Only a group of stray dogs managed to get into the building, despite the fact that Deputy Chief of Police of the city of Yerevan Robert Melkonyan (Bazaz) persistently tried to kick them out. Did the dogs also have problems? It is obvious that the stray-animal problem was consistently solved in the civilized countries and secure conditions for people were established. Armenia that found herself in the list of poor countries spends fantastic sums of money from the state budget, in order to solve that problem, however the problem is still unsolved.
