Businesswoman Silva Hambardzumyan who received violent abuse from Surik Khachatryan, the governor of Syunik, on November 14 in Yerevan gave a testimony at the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia on the case launched in that regard.

Silva Hambardzumyan informed us that the interrogation had lasted almost two hours, she had reasserted what she had said to the journalists and during the press conference after the incident. Mrs. Hambardzumyan said that there was one option of reconciliation, if Surik Khachatryan publicly apologized and returned what he had stolen. Silva claims that Surik Khachatryan stole 102 million-AMD-worth equipment and devices from her mine.
