How many TV companies does the governor of Tavush have?

Armen Ghularyan, the governor of Tavush, talked about work done in different areas in the 2011 report. The annual report of the governor is posted on the website of the regional administration. The governor, representing the situation in the field of telecommunication, the TV channels of the republic broadcasted, talked about TV companies functioning in the region and noted, “We also have three local TV companies, Tavush and Kamut in Noyemberyan and Ijevanstudia in Ijevan.”

What does “we have” mean? The local TV companies functioning in the region are not the property of either the governor or the regional administration. He has only 40% of shares in the regional Tavush TV Company, and it is legally registered in the name of his relative at that.

The governor, being in office for 12 years, probably doesn’t know that the Kamut TV Company of Noyemberyan has not been broadcasting for more than 5 months, since September 1, 2011.
