By the order of the Republic of Armenia Cabinet Chief of Staff, the CKT director’s duties were turned over to Professor Arsen Baghdasaryan, the deputy director of CKT and a PhD in physics and math on February 2 and already former CKT director Gurgen Khachatryan was dismissed from the office at his own request and took up his former duties of the head of the Task Planning and Methodological Assistance Division of the same institution.
Let us remind that Gurgen Khachatryan made a hint during a press conference at the end of last year that he had been appointed the chairman of no.2 electoral district commission, both offices were very important and he had to make a choice.
