Mayis Gyulaliev, head of Civil Initiative Center NGO of Azerbaijan, noted in his report, in particular, that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, in his speeches, has repeatedly expressed in the favor of the cooperation with the countries of the region, that “one should not find indecent, non-human expressions the Azerbaijani President’s speeches, even against Armenia.” We asked a question to the leader of the party proclaiming an opposition, whether Ilham Aliyev did not consider the entire Armenians enemy of Azerbaijan, Gyulaliev said, “Azerbaijani President did not make any impolite expressions towards Armenia and Armenians. This is due to his political skills that he has graduated from a huge and well-known university. On the other hand, he is a politician, and has not made any insulting expressions against the Armenian people. He has not considered the Armenian people the enemy of Azerbaijan, you can not find any speech of that kind.”
