Shavarsh Kocharyan: The Turkish authorities have not recalled the Ambassador from Belgium, because they bowed to the reality of the irreversible nature of the process of the recognition of the Armenian Genocide and began to realize that the Genocide issue solution is transferred from the capitals of the countries that have recognized this tragedy to the Turkish capital.
