As a result of the preliminary investigation of the criminal case concerning prevention of the journalists’ legal professional actions during the incidents of Sari Tagh district, Yerevan that took place on the night of July 29-30, 2016 by the RA Special Investigation Service, two more citizens were charged.
The Special Investigation Service informs that charges have been pressed against A.T. and F.S for preventing the journalists’ legal professional actions during the incidents of July 29-30. The preventive measure chosen against them isn’t related to imprisonment.
Earlier, a criminal search had been declared against them.
The Special Investigation Service reminds that a criminal proceeding has been launched against 6 citizens in the scope of the instituted criminal case.
The criminal investigation continues.
