President of Armenia Serj Sarksian signed decrees today on relieving Vicken Sarksian of his duties as Head of President Staff and appointing him the Minister of Defense of Armenia.
Edward Nalbandian was re-appointed the Foreign Minister of Armenia.
By another decree of the President, Armen Gevorkian was relieved of his duties as Secretary of Armenian National Security Council and appointed the Head of Staff of Armenian President.
By another decree Yuri Khachaturov was relieved of his duties as Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia and appointed the Secretary of Armenian National Security Council.
