It has been snowing in Vayk, Goris, Sisian and Vardenis as of 9:30 am on November 18, Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reported on Friday.

According to the source, there is a heavy fog on the roads of Meghri area with visibility of 30-40 m. All interstate and state highways in Armenia are passable.
According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia the Lars highway is open for only passenger vehicles.
