The RA Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reports that as of 09:30, 24 December the highways of Vayk, Sisian, Goris, Tumanyan, Dilijan, as well as Vardenyats Pass are covered with clear ice.
The highway crews continue scattering salt and sand across the above mentioned roads.
All the highways in the RA are passable.
