On 3 March Artsakh Republic, President Bako Sahakyan received the minister of the Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia David Tonoyan and director of the ministry’s rescue service Mushegh Ghazaryan.
At the beginning, the President congratulated David Tonoyan on being appointed to the responsible position wishing him success in his work.
Issues related to further deepening and widening relations between the corresponding structures of the two Armenian republics were discussed during the meeting attended by the director of the State Service on Emergency Situations under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers Komitas Karapetyan.
