Republican party wins: preliminary results

Central Electoral Commission is summing up Parliamentary elections results. According to preliminary results of 708 polling stations (4:00 a.m. local time), Republican Party of Armenia wins with 51.51% or 195 169 votes.

On the second place is “Tsarukyan alliance” with 27.04 or 102 443 votes, on the third place is Armenian Revolutionary Federation with 7.26% or 27 525 votes. The last power to overcome the 5% threshold is “Yelq” bloc with 5.99% or 22 709 votes.

The following political powers haven’t overcome the threshold: Armenian Renaissance Party: 3.36% or 12 722 votes, Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanian alliance: 2.00% or 7565 votes, Congress-PPA: 1.49% or 5 643 votes, Free Democrats: 0.73% or 2754 votes and Communist Party of Armenia: 0.63% or 2393 votes.
