The leader of RPA faction Vahram Baghdasaryan, when talking about the problems inside “Tsarukyan” alliance, said that if Prosperous Armenia Party will not be able to solve them inside the party, then law enforcement authorities will interfere. He said, that it’s natural to look for someone to blame when you are in trouble, and it’s also natural that the main target is the current authorities, meaning RPA. “We don’t mess with other political parties, or interfere in their internal issues. Wait for a little and they will solve everything, but if they cannot do that on their own, then law enforcement authorities will interfere,”-said Vahram Baghdasaryan.
The journalists asked him to clarify what he means, so he answered: “Of course, there can be problems that the talked about political party can ask the law enforcement authorities to solve, because there are arguable topics such as some claiming that they haven’t written it, and some claim that they have the applications. If there are this kind of questions then naturally, they will be solved by law enforcement authorities. But you should ask them whether they will turn to them or not. Those are their inside problems.”
The leader of Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan, when talking about the upcoming mayor elections during the latest briefing of NA, said that it’s a battle between Shrek, Chipolino, and Snow Maiden. We asked Vahram Baghdasaryan whether he sees any resemblance and whether he agrees with this comparison. He answered: “Ah if the one who said it or his political party had anything to do here, I’d comment on it. But if they have already assessed their recourses and are not taking part in the elections, I don’t find it appropriate to comment on what the member of such party has said.”
