During the briefings of the 5th session of NA The leader of Armenian National Congress, Levon Zurabyan referred to the problems concerning “Tsarukyan” alliance and the withdrawal applications. He said that actually the reproduction program of Serzh Sargsyan and RPA is made up of 3 stages: “The first one were the constitutional changes, with which the start of the reproduction program was given, the second one was the problem of winning the parliamentary elections at 2017, and there is also the third stage which is not completed yet. It’s the 9th of 2018, the end of the authority of the president of Armenia Serj Sargsyan and him being elected as the prime minster of Armenia. He has to become the president very smoothly.
He has already made all the bases for it, but he has not taken into account the fact that there are inner political fights, the factor of Karen Karapetyan, who does not want to give up easily. Of course Serzh Sargsyan had to make a majority of trustworthy people at NA. And what happened to “Tsarukyan” alliance concerning the mandates, is a part of that script, because this 3rd stage is not enough to bring Serzh Sargsyan to his successful achievement, whcich he has today at the parliament, because it’s a little unstable majority. Some groups can leave after a year; the inner political war can become aggravated so that’s why he needs a much trustworthy majority. And the so called rebellion that took place in Tsarukyan alliance is aimed to do just that. Undoubtedly it’s a directed and controlled process”.
Levon Zurabyan said that some one or two people in this process cannot still realize this, but essentially they will be led to it.
“Even inside “Tsarukyan” alliance they try to make a trustworthy and loyal base for Serj Sargsyan.”
