In Parliament, “Yelq” bloc member Artak Zeynalyan asked presidential candidate of the State Legal Commission, Republican Hrayr Tovmasyan, “The observers have formed the conviction that there is political corruption, coordinated bribes. The majority of school principals are members of the political majority. How are you going to fight against this? If you are the majority, it does not mean you are right.”

Hrayr Tovmasyan answered that in order to hold good elections, it is important to understand how the public perceives the cost of elections, “We set the task to improve the level of public’s political and legal perception”.

As for being majority or minority, Hrayr Tovmasyan said, “The above mentioned does not mean that if you are the minority, you are right. Both the minority and the majority can be right”.
