According to Alik Eroyants, Expert on Georgian Studies, the memorandum on military cooperation between Georgia, Turkey and Azerbaijan should concern the Republic of Armenia.
He told Aravot.am: “Each cooperation where Turkey and Azerbaijan participate should concern Armenia. Moreover, when Georgia also participates in it.”
Alik Eroyants stated that in South Caucasus region Russia has serious political ambitions and in tհat respect, the memorandum may be problematic: “In that context, Iran may also be an active factor. So there also can be a conflict of interests.”
