The press reported that a world pop star Justin Timberlake has performed at the wedding of a Republican deputy, oligarch Samvel Aleksanyan’s daughter. According to the same information, Samvel Aleksanyan paid 1 million dollars to Timberlake.
Samvel Aleksanyan denied those reports during the interview at the parliament, “Who is Justin, sweetie? I don’t even know who Justin is. There was none at our daughter’s wedding, all were from Armenia. I don’t know who writes and spreads such information. There were thousands of people at the wedding, ask them if they have seen any such person there or not”, said Samvel Aleksanyan.
He repeated that there were only Armenian singers at the wedding and that he had not spent too much money on the wedding. “There was a singer, I don’t even know who he is. My friend had brought with him”, he said. A PAP deputy, Napoleon Azizyan, who was walking with Aleksanyan through the hallway, clarified that it was Serov. We are talking about Aleksandr Serov.
“For those million dollars that I would have to pay for a singer, I would set up a production. If that’s not a big sum of money for you, for me it is. I would set up a good textile production for 500 employees”, continued Samvel Aleksanyan.
