This offense pursues intend of intimidation, and regardless of who has implemented it, the responsibility falls on the person Vladimir Putin and his regime. Boris Nemtsov was killed by the toxic, fraud, malice and hate-filled atmosphere, which are formed by Putin and his regime. It’s no secret to anyone that quite openly state mass media campaign is going on, the ideas of expelling the dissidents, suppressing, eliminating and arresting are voiced also in the Russian legislature and all of this results in Nemtsov’s assassination.”

The political analyst states that this is a serious signal to the international community. “We are dealing with Russia increasingly submerged in the swamp of fascism, which by its barbarism and anti-civilization essence slightly differs from the Islamic state. It is a malignant and toxic cancer in the body of civilization, and is subject to elimination just historically. Currently, the sanctions that are aimed at suppressing Russia, and the strategy should be clarified, all the steps should be addressed to reaching Putin regime’s political, economic, ideological and moral defeat. It is just the imperative of civilization; otherwise tomorrow will be much worse.”

As for the Republic of Armenia and the public, Ruben Mehrabyan said, “Given everything that is happening in Russia, I think that the Republic of Armenia’s, both the authorities’ and the citizens’ duty is to be blocked off the threat that hangs over the head of our state too. Especially, when Russian politicians also mention that the security of a dissident in Russia who does not share Putin’s policy is no longer guaranteed. Our duty is not to allow this atmosphere to penetrate into Armenia.”
