Parliamentarian Victor Dallakian has proposed to determine the lowest value of material security in budget 2007. But the government has reminded that it is determined in the third article of the RA law “About the lowest basket of material security and lowest budget of material security” that the lowest value of material security must be determined by international standards, which doesn\’t exist and is possible to produce.
