RA President Robert Kocharian is leaving for Giumry today on the occasion of the 18 th anniversary of the earthquake. According to our information a great army of Giumry homeless citizens is waiting for him. There are about 4150 homeless citizens in Giumry. The government’s project by which the homeless citizens are given certificates to buy apartments, doesn’t justify, as people can’t buy flats in Giumry by the given amount. Flats are more expensive than the price of certificate.
