Yesterday Haroutiun Karapetian, the head of national foundation of advanced technologies and Science, and then NAS president Radik Martirosian have held press conferences against each other. In H. Karapetian’s opinion, NAS leadership wastes budget money. In answer to it Radik Martirosian announced: “R. Karapetian’s thoughts about the leadership are a circle of ambitions: each member of leadership has given a scientific product, first of all he must know what organization of science is, and then create demands.”
