Lieutenant-general Arthur Aghabekian, the RA deputy Defense Minister told the journalists during the opening ceremony of the Institute of National Strategic Researches after Drastamat Kanayan that he would get his discharge and restore ARF membership. His membership was defreezed in 1996. In most probability, A. Aghabekian will participate in the coming parliamentary elections.
