The policemen didn’t persist when the adherents of Jirayr Seyfilian and Vardan Malkhasian held a meeting in front of House of Chamber Music. But they tried to prevent their attempt to stop at the NSS building. “You are permitted for a procession. You mustn’t stop everywhere and hold meetings,”- the policemen were saying. But the demonstrators didn’t obey; they stopped in front of NSS building and cried the names of Jirayr Seyfilian and Vardan Malkhasian who are in that building’s isolator for 2 months.
