David Haroutiunian, the Minister of Justice, made a written statement to recruit RPA. It is informed that David Haroutiunian has made a decision to participate in the RPA list for the forthcoming elections. Thus, besides the Prime Minister, ministers Serge Sargsian, Hovik Abrahamian, Andranik Manoukian and David Haroutiunian have officially announcement about their accession into the RPA.
