Before its adoption RPA inserted the following: “The RA citizens who are also the citizens of other country and aren\’t registered on the books don\’t participate in the voting during the elections”. ARF faction secretary Gegham Manukyan told “Aravot” that they were examining the ways to turn to the CC: “That point opposes to the Constitution, as it distinguishes the equality of the rights of RA citizens”.
