In NDU leader Vazgen Manukyan\’s opinion, Armenia is a country based on frauds, lies and illegalities, and those countries are few in the world and have no prospect. Vazgen Manukyan thinks that our neighbors advance very quickly but our way promises us no future. In Vazgen Manukyan\’s words, the parliament should be the body where the prospective way of the country should be born. He is also sure that the authority has dreamed of the current situation. Vazgen Manukyan will assist those politicians with whom he has ideological commonalities and general biography. They are Stepan Demirchyan, Aram Sargsyan, Samvel Babayan, Raffi Hovanisyan. NDU leader doesn\’t agree that the authority\’s selected opposition will win seats.
Following the elections
RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan and Minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanyan received John Huko, the vice president of “Millenium Challenge” Corporation /MCC/ on functional issues. John Huko\’s two-day visit aims to discuss with RA authorities the activities of MCC program implementation and introduce to the preparation process of upcoming parliamentary elections. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that it is early to make any remark on the elections\’ preparation, taking into consideration that the propaganda phase haven\’t been officially launched yet. Emphasizing his interests in continuing MCC program, J. Huko has underlined that free and fair elections are an important index for financial granting foreseen by “Millennium Challenge” Compact.
He has also considered important the parliamentary elections, the conformity to international standards, noting that the leadership of the corporation will also follow the whole process of elections together with international observers.
The heads of communities boast
“How can we destroy Yerevan. The citizens of Yerevan fond of their capital. Once I was told, there are very good states in the world: England, France, U.S.A. But when anyone says that somebody\’s father is better than my father, I\’ll say, this state is better than mine. Nobody wants to destroy Yerevan. Who considers it destroyed, he may leave Yerevan and live in anywhere else. Let Vahan Hovanisyan ask the members of his party: who are Armenians, citizens of Yerevan, let them clean the city with us”, – Surik Ghukasyan, the chief of Davitashen community, tried to oppose to Vahan Hovanisyan\’s opinion that if everybody carries out his business, our city won\’t sink in the mud.
Hovanes Shahinyan, the head of Arabkir community said on that occasion: ” Nowadays Yerevan isn\’t comparable with 2004, 2005 years. Our work isn\’t visible. I propose those parliamentarians, who worry, to buy cleansing equipment and give to the communities. Who omits cleaning he will send in his resignation.
