RA NSS lieutenant colonel Yury Wolfsan made a sensational declaration in the court of first instance in Avan and Nor Nork communities. He declared that the part of weapon disclosed in his apartment hasn’t been registered. He also declared that the weapon had connection with Shahen Hovasapyan’s murder: “Reading the newspapers and being introduced to the description of the weapon, I have my suppositions”, – Wolfsan said.
