CRU leader Hrant Khachatryan declared “Tesaket” club on April 28 that unknown persons gave him the record of Arthur Baghdasaryan’s  and British diplomat’s conversation in the middle of March, which was published in the press later. Hrant Khachatryan has even spread additional information about the distributors of the record: “The file has “properties” section where the date of opening the file and the organization where that computer is registered is mentioned there. My file was opened on March 20, at 5:13 a.m., the organization is SAS, the author is administrator”. We should remind that owner of  “SAS Group” Artak Sargsyan was the member of OEP faction but was dismissed from the party in 2006. Now he is the RPA member and in the proportional list of the People’s Party.
