The meeting between Robert Kocharyan and Ilham Aliev will take place in Saint Petersburg today in the effectiveness of which only Mathew Braiza and defenders of liberated regions believe. And some days ago the OSCE acting chairman, Foreign Minister of Spain Migel Anchel Moratinos and “National Unity” Party leader Artashes Geghamyan had a positive conversation. Emphasizing the necessity of Karabagh conflict settlement, reminded the present persons that his country also has problems with Great Britain in connection with Gibraltar . The problem is 300 years old and just recently Spain has launched negotiations with British side.
