 There were two statuses in political science: authority /party that owns corresponding leveռs/ and opposition /that wants to own those levers/. But judging from ARF Bureau representative Hrant Margaryan\’s speech made in Tehran, there is another, third status in Armenia. In Mr. Margaryan\’s words it is «alternative both to the authority and the opposition», and ARF wants to fill that third status.
