«Heritage» Party\’s press service informed yesterday that Raffi Hovhanisyan and the rest 5 parliamentarians represented official guarantees soliciting for setting Alexander Arzumanyan, Jirair Seyfilian and Vardan Malkhasyan free. Raffi Hovanisyan has also sent letters to NA Chairman Tigran Torosyan and  all NA parliamentarians, asking to join that call.
