According to «Aravot\’s» information, Mayor of Gyumri Vardan Ghukasyan with a group of officials from the municipality, visited President Robert Kocharyan, to be sure that there is no threat for his position. According o our sources, Ghukasyan solves his problems properly. The President has confirmed PM Serge Sargsyan\’s «approval» to leave Vardan Ghukasyan in the post of Gyumry mayor till the next presidential elections. Though other sources assure that the Control Chamber of the National assembly will make strong examinations
from Monday.
