Arkady Ghukasyan will hold his post about 1.5 month; anyway July 19 was the last day of his position as the next NKR President was elected. Arkady Ghukasyan spent that last evening in the open cafe of “Armenia” hotel in Stepanakert. Oppositionist and authority politicians from Armenia were accompanying him. Bako Sahakyan was elected as the NKR 3rd President reaching 85,17% of votes. Second was Masis Mayilyan 12,53%. The third was Armen Abgaryan 1, 24%. Communist Hrant Melkumyan got 0,81%.202 voters (0,3%) voted for Vanya Avanesyan.
