Manuk Margaryan, the judge of the court of first instance of Talin town in Aragatsotn region declared his decree yesterday on the occasion of shoemaker, NA nominee from N15 polling station Khachik Manukyan\’s suit against the the electoral commission of the same polling station. Let\’s remind that the Electoral commission of the polling station refused to register the parliamentary candidate. The court denied Khachik Manukyan\’s suit and informed that he shouldn\’t file a decree.
The electoral commission refused of registering Kh. Manukyan as the latter had withdryawed his nomination before the registration of other parliamentary candidates. But he told “Aravot” before the court decree that he hadn’t sent the above mentioned letter and that the commission should invite him to the sitting on the candidates’ registration. Kh. Manukyan didn’t come to the court, and as his authorized representative Aram Avagyan noted that the candidate was in campaign in
Khachik Manukyan’s adherents informed “Aravot” that RPA Khachik Manukyan’s supporters threatened the family of shoemaker that if the latter refused of struggle, they would punish them.
