As it is known, the struggle between the Municipality and district offices against strolling dogs wasn\’t so effective. But there is some progress, about which our strolling friends complain. As dogs have no opportunity to apply in written or oral form to the government, they have decided to go on sitting strike behind the wall of RA government Building. |
