Former NA lawmaker Arshak Sadoyan is engaged in the reconstruction of his and his dead brother\’s flats located in Aygestan street. His brother\’s flat is not allowed to reconstruct according to the Court decree. But it didn\’t prevent him to start the reconstruction. The neighbors think that Sadoyan simply looks for a “joint presidential candidate”.
