ROBERT KOCHARYAN\’S NEW SUMMER RESIDENCE

This half constructed building is the copy of RA President’s summer residence located on Akhtamar peninsula. It is constructed in fron of it, just on the same shore of Lake Sevan next to other villas of the ruling clique. Several businessman lawmakers, deputy heads of State Customs Committee, deputy PM and head of Kentron district. The owner of this new building is Robert Kocharyan who will have his rest in this villa after the end of his presidential duties. We should note that this building as well as the rest of them are built too close to the shore, and the lake will cover it if the volume of the water rises for 1-2 meter. That’s why the government will keep on using the water of Sevan for “irrigation purposes”.
