“HayPost”, which has been managing by Dutch HayPost Trust Management B.V. company since November 2006, spread a message yesterday, where it is said that “HayPost” lost AMD 300 million because of illegally printed stamps by “Namakanish” LTD. “There is a proof that the RA Ministry of Transport and Communication assists “Namakanish” company’s illegal activities”. In answer to this accusation, Minister Andranik Manukyan said: “In our opinion this is a blackmail conducted by the new head, to bankrupt the company. Let them honor their commitments instead of blackmail and not to
accumulate deaths”.
