According to Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan\’s order, the NSS investigating body set Alexander Arzumanyan free yesterday. The former foreign minister who has been under arrest for about 4 months, avoided of any explanation after being set free preferring to have a rest with his family. He also said that he didn\’t know anything: “I was waked up and was told to go home”.
