Stepan Demirchyan came to the police station of Kentron Community at 23:15 yesterday where more than 10 arrested citizens were being kept. RA First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan came at 23:30. The later called the gathered citizens to be quiet. The arrested citizens haven’t been set free at 2 am.
