“Frankly speaking I have intended to make my final decision on the eve of the electoral process. But the violence used against my adherents and the huge energy coming from this rally make me announce my candidacy. From this moment I declare myself as a presidential candidate of the Republic of Armenia”, – RA First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan declared during the rally held on October 26.
